Shipping & Returns
All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days (Mon-Sat) of purchase and sent out via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated based on your location. All orders are usually delivered in 3-7 days. If it has been longer than 7 days, please reach out to us and we will do our best to help you track down your package.
We ship world-wide for a flat rate of $7.95. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Please be patient and check in with your tracking information often, but all orders usually arrive in 20 days or less. If it ha been longer than 20 days, please reach out to us and we will do our best to track your shipment - but after the shipment leaves the USA it is no longer our responsibility. If there are any duties or custom fees collected, you are responsible for covering those costs.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If there are any issues with your product, please reach out to us and explain the issue. We will always to our best to take care of you - but please note you are responsible for return shipping costs. Send us a message before returning and we'll work out the best solution for you, whether that be a product exchange, a store credit, or a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Contact us or send us an email at email@example.com to request a refund, state your order number and reason for return. We will approve (or disapprove) your refund or replacement request within 3 working days. Upon approval please ship to the following address:

Attach the shipping label on the outside of your package, making sure it is clearly displayed. When returning items by post please retain your proof of postage for future reference. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot accept any fault during transit.
WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your refund to reach us may vary.
Your refund will be processed and you will receive a refund issued to the original method of payment and in the original currency.
Please note it could take up to 14 days for your refund to reach us and to be processed.
Allow 3-5 working days for the refund to deposit into your bank account.
We’ll make sure to keep you informed and send you an email as soon as your parcel arrives back at our returns department, and again when we have processed your refund.
