Shipping policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days (Mon-Sat) of purchase and sent out via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated based on your location. All orders are usually delivered in 3-7 days. If it has been longer than 7 days, please reach out to us and we will do our best to help you track down your package.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship world-wide for a flat rate of $7.95. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Please be patient and check in with your tracking information often, but all orders usually arrive in 20 days or less. If it ha been longer than 20 days, please reach out to us and we will do our best to track your shipment - but after the shipment leaves the USA it is no longer our responsibility. If there are any duties or custom fees collected, you are responsible for covering those costs.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If there are any issues with your product, please reach out to us and explain the issue. We will always to our best to take care of you - but please note you are responsible for return shipping costs. Send us a message before returning and we'll work out the best solution for you, whether that be a product exchange, a store credit, or a refund.
